Risk identification and analysis and quick preventive action are essential in Project Management.

Candoprojects uses a “Warning Light” system to indicate risks, their associated probability and offers the user an analysis of the situation.

The following risk categories are continuously calculated (real-time) for each individual Project Management Object (PMO) and aggregated through the parent hierarchy for the whole project.

• Start, End date scheduling (even with uncertainty)
• Floats
• Milestones
• Resource Assignment (Overload)
• Costs
• Connector (links) precedence

User defined risks can be applied using graphical Floats. Each Float contains a name, length of time, probability of occurrence and a user define category to which this risk belongs.
