Dynamic planning of projects with Can Do |
| The Project Planner may or may not be assigned the role of Project Manager (PM) in the project he is planning but if he is to plan effectively he should have the rights and permissions of a PM and assigned as a Can Do User. |

In Can Do, users can be assigned many different rolls in the same project. A user is defined as someone who has an account in the Can Do software. A user may be assigned the role of “Manager” in a particular package and assigned the role of “Viewer” in the phase to which the package belongs.
A specific role can be defined for

each individual function or input field in the software.
In the picture below, John Smith has the role of Project Manager on "My Task", however, Tome Jones, also a PM only has the role of a viewer. |
