First time users of Candoprojects are often uncertain about how to start. "What, no pull-down menus, how do I create a project?", is the first reaction and inevitably the question comes, "Where is the Save button?".

In Candoprojects the Workspace is the graphical area where projects, phases, activites, milestones and connectors, also known as Project Management Objects (PMOs) are created and manipulated. In the Workspace all menus are context sensitive, i.e., positioning the mouse pointer over an object and clicking the right mouse button will activate a context sensitive menu. This menu lists the options that are currently available for the selected object. For example, clicking the right mouse button over any free area of the Workspace will list the following options (see picture).

Select New Project and a new project object is created.
